YOUR FIRST VISIT

Your first visit will normally last around one hour. In that time Steve will take a case history and perform a preliminary examination.

If for any reason Steve feels that additional expertise is required he will refer you to the appropriate health care professional.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

Steve will require you to disclose any medical history and information relating to your condition. You will also be required to undress to your underwear, or if you prefer loose clothing such as shorts and T-shirt.

You can bring a friend or relative if required.

WHEN WILL TREATMENT START?

Treatment will typically begin with your first appointment. This will normally be accompanied by a schedule of exercise and lifestyle changes that may be suitable.
